Windsor Island - Beautiful and New Home with Excellent Decor
Enjoy a stay at our home built in December 2023 and beautifully decorated in may 2024, featuring an excellent clubhouse. This modern and elegant property offers a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for families, with a touch of elegance.
First Floor:
Entrance Hall: Welcoming space to greet guests.
Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a closet.
Bathroom: A full bathroom serving both the living room and bedroom.
Living Room: Beautifully decorated with a comfortable sofa and a 65-inch TV, open to the kitchen and dining area.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary utensils, pots, etc., plus a large counter with four stools.
Dining Room: Seats six comfortably.
Patio: Outdoor dining area with a table for six, heated pool, poolside half bath, four loungers, and a barbecue grill.
Second Floor:
TV and Game Room: Mario Bros themed, includes air hockey, foosball, a gaming console, and a 65-inch TV.
Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer.
Master Suite: King-size bed, smart TV, closet, and a full en-suite bathroom.
Frozen-Themed Bedroom: Features twin bunk beds, smart TV, and a closet.

Bathroom: Full bathroom serving the two themed bedrooms.
Queen Suite: Queen-size bed, smart TV, closet, and a full en-suite bathroom.

The resort only allows 3 cars, do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined, 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk

OTHER NOTES:
- Welcome Kit: Upon arrival, guests will find 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. In the kitchen, there are 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 roll of paper towels. In the laundry room, 2 laundry detergent packets are provided. Please note that washcloths are not provided due to hygiene concerns.
- Shopping Recommendation: For stays longer than 2 days, it's advisable to visit a nearby Walmart for additional cleaning and bathing supplies.
- Towels and Bedding: Each bathroom is equipped with bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests the house accommodates. All beds are supplied with sheets, duvets, and pillows.
- Housekeeping: There is no replacement of linens and towels during your stay. Each house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
POOL HEATER: The pool heater operates through a heat exchange system and may not function effectively near freezing temperatures. Pool heating is optional and available at most properties for an additional charge of $35 USD per night, requiring a minimum of 3 consecutive days with a 2-day advance request. Please note, pool heating requests made after 3 PM will take effect the next day, and it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the set temperature of 85F - 90F. No refunds will be issued for pool heating due to inclement weather. The pool heater pump includes a safety system to prevent overheating and may temporarily shut off in cold weather.
Propane Gas Grill Rules: A fixed fee of $75.00 covers the entire stay for the use of the barbecue, including post-checkout cleaning and propane replacement.
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): Packages can be sent to the home during your stay and will be left at the doorstep. Note: USPS deliveries are not accepted as they do not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will deliver to the doorstep.
CRIB REQUEST: Cribs are available upon request, at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
ITEMS OR BELONGINS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the
house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all
your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

ONLINE SHOPPINGS: We are not responsible for purchases made over the
internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for
belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave
so you don't forget anything in the house.
FURNITURE AND DECORATIVE: Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative
ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission,
subject to a fine.
HOUSEKEEPING: No daily housekeeping service is included in the rental rate. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily.
LATE CHECK-IN: Guests checking in after 11:00 PM must contact us in advance to arrange check-in.
COMMUNICATION: Our primary means of communication with guests is through messaging on your booking platform.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any items left at the unit after departure.
